Common questions
What does the price include?
Design, development, deployment, and a working site at the end. Doesn't include third-party hosting subscriptions, licensed assets, or content production beyond what you specified. The detailed proposal we send if we book a call lays it all out line by line.
Why is my estimate range so wide?
The low and high reflect honest uncertainty: scope inevitably shifts a little once we lock the brief, and a few of the choices (design depth, integration count) have meaningful price swings. The range is on purpose — anyone giving you one number for a hypothetical project is guessing.
Are taxes included?
No. Quebec QST + GST apply for Canadian clients. US clients pay no Canadian tax. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars.
Do you work with US-based clients?
Yes, often. Montreal is in Eastern timezone — we overlap a full US East Coast workday and most of the Pacific. CAD pricing typically saves US clients 25–30% versus comparable US-coastal agencies. Delivery is in English; we handle French only when the project actually needs it.
