Common questions
How accurate is the estimate?
Within ±20% of what we'd quote in a real proposal for the same scope, in our experience. The range you see (low–high) reflects honest scope uncertainty; once we lock the brief on a discovery call the firm number lands inside it.
What happens after I submit?
You see your range immediately on the results screen, plus a full itemized breakdown (base + each selected feature). The same breakdown is emailed to you. We're notified internally — but we don't follow up unless you click through to book a call.
Why is everything in CAD?
We're based in Montreal and bill in Canadian dollars. For US clients, that typically means 25–30% savings versus comparable US-coastal agencies at today's exchange rate. The detailed proposal includes the USD equivalent.
What if my project doesn't fit these categories?
Pick the closest one and add a note in the contact step. Most edge cases (e.g., "a SaaS marketplace" or "an internal CRM tied to a public-facing site") fit one of the three with extra scope items — we'll scope the rest on a discovery call.
Do you work with US-based businesses?
Yes. Eastern timezone overlaps a full US East Coast workday and most of the Pacific. Project work is in English; we add French only when the project actually needs it. CAD pricing applies to all clients.
